Oscar et Valentine delivers to the European Union and in the rest of the world (please see the list below) from Monday to Friday. Our delivery service is assured by severals carriers, for more options.
The shipping is free for orders above 350€.

At « Oscar et Valentine », we pay attention to details and that’s why every order is wrapped with great care and love in a refined packaging.

If you wish to offer or receive our collection in a gift box, (brand’s monogram box, silk paper and handwritten messages – as on the above picture) please let us know when you place the order. 

                                                

Returns

You have the possibility to return any product ordered on the Oscar et Valentine website within 15 days following the receipt of your order. Damaged products will be neither taken back and not exchanged. Products have to be retourned to us to their original condition and packaging.

Sign into your account and under My Returns, select the order number containing the items you would like to return. Click ont the "Process a Return" button and choose the reason for return.

Include the original delivery note in your parcel, having marked the products that you are returning to us. Once you have submitted your returns request, we will start refund process.

Articles bought during the sales and private sales/promotions will not be taken back.
